Overview

The BVCA's LP-GP Breakfasts are topic-specific breakfast forums, taking place throughout the year in London. These forums are held under Chatham House rule to encourage as much interaction as possible for a productive discussion. 

This forum will explore the topic of Evergreen Structures.

Luke Finch

Luke Finch

Partner and Head of the Client Services Team, Hg

Luke leads Hg’s Client Services team and is primarily responsible for overseeing Hg’s institutional investor relationships. This entails managing fundraisings across Hg’s family of funds, oversight of co-investment relationships, chairing Limited Partner Advisory meetings and generally representing the client interests across the partnership. Luke has been involved in all of Hg fundraisings since 2010 and sits on Hg’s Conflict Committee and Hg Fusion’s Allocation Committee.

Luke has been at Hg for 15 years. Before Hg he spent over 6 years at Lazard in London across their M&A, ECM and Private Fund Placement teams. Luke holds a degree in History from the University of Oxford.

Shaha Miah

Shaha Miah

Principal, Pantheon

Shaha is a Principal in Pantheon’s European Private Wealth team. He has extensive experience structuring funds for private wealth investors across private equity, private credit, venture capital and real assets. Prior to joining Pantheon, he worked at iCapital in the International Fund Structuring team, before which he was at HSBC Alternatives in the Product Development team. Shaha has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Queen Mary, University of London.
Tom Taylor

Tom Taylor

Head of Policy, Legal & Regulatory, UK Private Capital

Tom Taylor is Head of Policy (Legal and Regulatory) at UK Private Capital, where he works with private capital firms, Government and regulators on policy issues and the development of UK, EU and US legal and regulatory frameworks affecting private capital.

Tom previously worked for eight years as a solicitor in the private fund formation teams of City law firms SJ Berwin/King and Wood Mallesons and Nabarro/CMS.

Director, EMEA ​Wealth Alternatives, Franklin Templeton

Katie Lee, Director EMEA Wealth Alternatives at Franklin Templeton. Katie Lee brings experience from previous roles at Citi and UBS. Katie Lee holds a 2004 - 2008 Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance & Marketing / Minor Study: Japanese @ The Chinese University of Hong Kong. 
Emily Pollock

Emily Pollock

Director, Global Client Solutions, KKR

Emily Pollock joined KKR in 2025 and is a Director in the Private Equity Product Strategies team within Global Client Solutions. Ms. Pollock’s primary area of focus is as product specialist for the firm’s open-ended private equity vehicle designed for individual investors. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Pollock worked at Schroders Capital where she led the client business for private market solutions and was a part of the private asset sales team. Previously, she worked for 50 South Capital, Adveq Management and Northern Trust as a limited partner responsible for making primary, secondary and co-investments across the U.S. and Europe. Ms. Pollock moved to London in 2012 from New York. She holds a degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT
