Anthesis Group supports private equity funds and their portfolio companies with their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) challenges and opportunities.

Formed by the merger of boutique sustainability consultancies, well known for their expertise in areas such as energy, waste, chemicals regulation and supply chain management, Anthesis Group has subsequently assembled a highly experienced transactions and ESG advisory team with practitioners from some of the world's largest environmental consultancy firms. Central to the Anthesis Group approach is recognising that as well as the traditional EHS risks, clients increasingly need to understand the ESG risks and opportunities associated with a business' practices, products and supply chains. Where appropriate, Anthesis Group embraces software enabled consulting services, such as using our Risk Horizon tool.

With offices across the world, Anthesis Group assists clients during transactions with both early phase ESG scoping and full EHS due diligence, by helping funds to develop their ESG policies, systems and reporting mechanisms, and during ownership by working with portfolio companies to determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and set and deliver related improvement targets.
