Confidas People is based in Edinburgh and covers the UK market. To date Confidas People has worked with multiple clients and been engaged to assess management teams operating in a variety of actors including, TMT, media/creative, pharmaceuticals, engineering, manufacturing and retail.
Confidas People was founded by ex-international rugby player Bruce Douglas and is a specialist in management team due diligence and people assessment to support investment decision-making. Every engagement is bespoke based on client needs, concerns and budget, and involves a combination of comprehensive psychometric testing, extensive referencing and structured interviews.
