Objectives
The Impact Investment Advisory Group’s mandate is to assist us in the promotion of the impact investment (or “profit with a purpose”) sector in its development in the UK.
It consists of interested figures within the industry itself and advisory firm members involved in the evolution of this particular part of the private equity and venture capital market. Its activities include broadening the awareness of social impact investment, enhancing the skills of those involved, engaging with wider stakeholders such as Government and alerting Limited Partners to the opportunities impact investment can offer them.
The Governance Handbook provides our directors, members and employees with a summary of our governance structure. This includes information on how our Council, Committees and Advisory Groups are constituted and is supplementary to the Articles of Association.
