National Growth Forum

Objectives

The National Growth Forum (NGF) includes senior professionals from UK lower mid-market and venture capital (VC) firms headquartered outside of London and the Southeast. It is a forum established to deepen UK Private Capital’s national and regional activity and engagement, to represent and discuss issues affecting the VC and lower mid-market communities nationwide and to position UK Private Capital at the heart of nationwide growth policy discussions.

The Governance Handbook provides our directors, members and employees with a summary of our governance structure. This includes information on how our Council, Forums, Committees and Advisory Groups are constituted and is supplementary to the Articles of Association.
