Objectives
The Performance Measurement Survey Review Board provides guidance and advice to our Research team.
The Group comprises leading practitioners from within the GP and LP communities and representation from academia – all recognised for their experience and insight into the venture capital and private equity industry.
Convening four times a year to provide guidance on best practice and critical oversight to the research work we undertake in relation to the Performance Measurement Survey, the Board ensures the research undertaken reflects the latest methodologies and appropriately reflects our membership.
The Board members do not have access to the underlying data, which remains confidential.
The Governance Handbook provides our directors, members and employees with a summary of our governance structure. This includes information on how our Council, Committees and Advisory Groups are constituted and is supplementary to the Articles of Association.
