The Responsible Investment Advisory Group assists us in being able to provide practical advice to its members to help them incorporate ESG considerations into their business decisions.
The Group comprises investors, intermediaries and sustainability/responsible investment practitioners recognised for their excellence, experience, insight and ability to provide strategic guidance to UK Private Capital.
The Governance Handbook provides our directors, members and employees with a summary of our governance structure. This includes information on how our Council, Committees and Advisory Groups are constituted and is supplementary to the Articles of Association.
