The next event in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Series on 19 January will celebrate Diversity and Inclusion in the Age of AI.
AI is reshaping how private capital firms screen talent, make decisions and create value. As AI becomes embedded in our industry, important questions arise about inclusion, opportunity and access.
From sourcing and investment decision-making to workforce development, skills and career progression, panellists will discuss how investors can ensure that AI supports diversity and inclusion across the private capital ecosystem.
The discussion will consider how private capital can expand opportunity while remaining alert to how AI can reinforce existing barriers and biases.
The DE&I series of events is an integral part of UK Private Capital's mission to promote DE&I within our industry and support firms to build inclusive environments in which everyone can thrive. UK Private Capital promotes the participation of people from all socioeconomic backgrounds and of all ethnicities, genders and sexual orientations in the venture capital and private equity industry. This includes representation in investment and senior roles.
Please note this is a UK Private Capital member only event.
