A private roundtable on fund finance
Join an exclusive, invitation-only roundtable breakfast hosted by UK Private Capital and KIN Group, bringing together senior leaders from across the private equity and venture capital community. Limited to a small group of participants, this will be a highly interactive discussion designed for open exchange of views, experiences, and practical approaches.
The discussion will focus on Fund Finance and provide a practical overview of the different fund finance products available, breaking down the key types of facilities used across the fund lifecycle, including subscription facilities, NAV, and GP lines and how managers can get themselves "financing ready".
