Produced in association with PwC, the report sets out the findings from the annual Performance Measurement Survey undertaken by UK Private Capital. The study collates data from UK Private Capital members who invest from the UK and tracks the returns earned for investors over time.

Suzi Gillespie leads the Research Team at UK Private Capital ensuring the organisation is at the forefront of crucial analysis of trends and issues surrounding venture capital and private equity and the impact of the industry on the economy.
Suzi previously spent over 15 years at PwC in a variety of roles including Valuations, Pensions and Consulting. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Warwick.
Partner, PwC
Rob has over 20 years of private capital experience, as both advisor and investor.
At PwC, he delivers operational performance improvement projects for funds and portfolio companies, but also leads a £50 million regional venture and development capital fund for the Welsh Government.
Rob has been at PwC for five years, before which he spent 11 years as a partner at a special situations fund, and has also been management-side as part of an MBO of an engineering group. He worked in M&A and banking for 7 years before that.
UK Private Capital Vice Chair 2026-27 and Managing Director & Portfolio Manager, JP Morgan
Dana Haimoff, Managing Director, joined the Private Equity Group in 2002. Dana is a Portfolio Manager responsible for sourcing, due diligence, leading investment recommendations and monitoring private equity funds, co-investments and secondary opportunities. She leads the European team and office.
Currently, Ms.Haimoff serves on numerous private equity fund and co-investment advisory committees. Prior to joining the Group, she spent six years with Merrill Lynch’s Investment Bank advising institutional clients on alternative investment opportunities. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Ms.Haimoff worked at Prudential Securities in the Investment Banking divisions of private equity and debt practice and at Ernst & Young as an International Tax Consultant. She earned a BS from Skidmore College in finance and economics and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Dana is the co-Founder of Level20, the largest organization set up to encourage women to succeed in the private equity industry. She is a director of the UK Private Capital trade body.
Performance Measurement Survey Review Board Member, and Director, Advent International
Candy Ip joined Advent in 2012 and is a Director in London. She is a member of Advent’s Limited Partner Services Group and is primarily focused on fundraising and investor relations activities in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Advent, Candy worked at Deloitte, where she spent a year in the Valuations Group within Corporate Finance Advisory. Prior to that, she spent three years within the Consumer Business Audit Group, gaining exposure to a variety of clients and industry sectors, including telecoms, manufacturing, and retail.
Candy is a Chartered Accountant and has a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.
Chair of the Performance Measurement Survey Review Board, and Chief Operating Officer and Partner, SEP
Fraser is responsible for the firm’s operations, investment structuring, valuations, and co-investment activity. He is also a member of SEP’s Investment Committee and Valuation Committee.
Fraser joined SEP in 2003 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2025.
He holds an MA from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde.
