Oakley Capital Limited was founded in 2001 by Peter Dubens and David Till primarily to invest in mid-market companies, located predominantly in Western Europe. Between 2001 and 2006 members of the Oakley team directly managed and developed two UK-listed companies, 365 Media Group plc and Pipex Communications plc. Today, Oakley’s senior team comprises a mix of backgrounds, further complementing our network and the Oakley Investment Team has experienced consistent growth since the launch of the business.

Headquartered in London, Oakley Capital Private Equity is a mid-market private equity investor with over €750m under management. They typically invest in sectors that are growing or where consolidation is taking place. Within our core sector interests we invest in both performing and under-performing companies, supporting buy and build strategies, rapid growth, or businesses undergoing significant operational or strategic change.
