Since UK Private Capital established the first DC Pensions & Private Capital Expert Panel with the ABI and Pensions UK in 2024, our focus has been on identifying ways of enabling UK pension schemes to invest more into private capital funds, to improve returns for pension savers and to harness opportunities for successful UK businesses to grow. We have been determined to build a shared understanding of the landscape, to identify the barriers preventing UK pension schemes investing in UK private capital funds, and to find ways to remove them.
