Walker Guidelines Webinar

This webinar, hosted by UK Private Capital, brings together the Chair of the Private Equity Reporting Group (PERG) and its advisors to discuss the Walker Guidelines and the refreshed requirements that came into effect for financial years ending after April 2025. The session explores the role of the Guidelines and the value they bring in promoting transparency across the private equity industry and demonstrating the sector's contribution to the UK economy.

The panel discuss the rationale behind the refresh, key changes introduced, how compliance is assessed by PERG, examples of reporting best practice, and what portfolio companies and private equity firms should be doing now to prepare.
