James is a highly experienced digital consultant with 15 years of extensive digital strategy and transformation experience across a wide range of industries and sectors. A digital expert, he works with businesses to facilitate business change and development through the implementation of digital strategies and processes. James has significant experience supporting digital lead generation, customer strategy and digital service implementation programs for the Retail, FS, Life Science, Leisure and Transportation sectors.
Prior to establishing Palladium Group, James was a strategy director at a top 50 digital agency before a successful digital consultant career working with leading consultancy firms including ATOS, KPMG, Arthur D Little and Deloitte.
A true digital native, he is a respected speaker and trainer delivering highly interactive and engaging workshops for leading UK businesses and training organisations both in the UK and US. His sessions are interactive and hands-on. You’ll leave armed with new tools and techniques that can be implemented directly within the organisations you represent.
James is also an engaging keynote speaker and is often asked to provide keynote addresses at digital summits for audiences of up to 1,000 people. His clients have included L’Oréal, Wella, Ralph Lauren, Zurich, RSA, Sun life of Canada, Argos, JTI and Astra Zeneca.

Rich Klee, is the Senior Director for Applied AI and Data at Palladium Digital Group (PDG) – a specialist consultancy exclusively serving private equity funds and PE-backed businesses in the UK, Europe and US. For the last 4-years Rich has worked exclusively with private equity clients and their portfolio businesses on diverse value creation and transaction advisory projects. Prior to that he held engineering and product roles with a diverse cross section of companies such as Intel, News Intl., Vodafone, M&C Saatchi and venture backed startups and scaleups. Recently his focus has been on the application of technology to optimise internal fund operations, helping deal teams to reduce manual toil and increase capacity with agentic AI and data.

Shane Hubbard is a Special Counsel in K&L Gates Technology and Sourcing practice group. With extensive experience in technology, commercial contracts, and intellectual property, he delivers high-value and complex supplies of goods, services, and outsourcing. Specifically, Shane’s experience consists of drafting, negotiating and advising on: (i) Software and Applications: software/technology licensing, including end-user licensing, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS/DaaS/CPaaS, software development agreements, proof of concepts/trials, and support & maintenance agreements (ii) Artificial Intelligence: contract drafting, regulatory compliance (e.g. EU AI Act), and AI frameworks. (iii) Data Sharing: data sharing and data licensing agreements (iv) Commercial IP: IP ownership and licensing, including arrangements involving jointly owned IP (iv) Collaborations: reseller, distribution, introducer, intermediary, agency, and referral agreements, as well as research and development (cross-sector), teaming, partnership, and cooperation agreements.
