Cat Kipling has spent her whole career in and around private equity. Today she helps private markets professionals to speak better, from across the table pitching to conference-style presentations. Given today's in-person/hybrid/online setting, Cat helps her clients to deliver the best version of themselves whatever the format. Prior to founding Just So Speaking, Cat spent a decade in PE investor relations during which she helped to raise over €5.5 billion from a global investor base.

Avisha joined the Global Sustainability team at Advent in spring of 2022, supporting both firm and portfolio efforts in driving the sustainability agenda. At a firm level, Avisha’s role is focused on working closely with the LPS team on ESG-related investor inbounds; At a portfolio level, Avisha’s regional focus is on the APAC region, working closely with ESG OAs and internal stakeholders to drive value creation in portfolio companies through the lens of sustainability and decarbonization, and overseeing the coordination of the S&P assessment globally.
Prior to this, Avisha spent four years at Pantheon Ventures working on ESG due diligence and risk management. Outside of her commercial role, Avisha has a keen interest in philanthropy and impact, having founded a UK Registered charity, Friendsline, and is also a board trustee of the Upper Room, another UK based NGO.

Charles Bridgeland is a Partner on the Secondary team primarily focused on the origination, evaluation, and execution of non-U.S. secondary opportunities including partnership and GP-led transactions. Charles joined Lexington as an associate in 2010 from 3i, where he was an associate in private equity.
Prior to that, he was an associate in investment banking at Citigroup. Charles graduated from the University of Oxford (Brasenose College) with a BA in English and from the University of Bath with an MSc in Business Management.
Partner, Macfarlanes
Christopher advises on private fund formation and establishment. He looks after a wide range of fund sponsors who operate across a range of asset classes, including private equity, credit, real estate, venture and growth capital, and secondary capital. In addition, Christopher also structures and implements carried interest, co-invest and other executive incentive schemes and corporate governance arrangements.
Christopher regularly advises purchasers and GP clients on secondary transactions, including portfolio transactions, liquidity solutions, fund recapitalisations and restructurings and sponsor stake sales. He is also regularly asked to advise institutional LP clients on their primary investment programmes, co-investment operations and bespoke management arrangements with managers.
Christopher is a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners and has participated in Invest Europe’s working groups on legal and regulatory affairs.
Director, MetLife
Cyndi is responsible for the day-to-day management of MetLife European portfolio. She currently serves on the Advisory Boards of several European PE and VC managers. She joined MetLife in 2018 from UBS where she was responsible for evaluating primary, secondary fund investments and co-investments in Europe.
Prior to that, Cyndi worked at AFP Capital (Chilean Pension Fund) where she was responsible for direct investments in public equities in Chile and Latin America. Cyndi holds a B.S. in Economics and Business from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from London Business School.
Investment Research Director, Capital Generation Partners
Enrica is an Investment Research Director and leads the manager research activity for private equity fund investments. She is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring primary investments and co-investments. She joins from Bowmark Capital, where she carried out the same work for CapGen clients on a third-party basis. Prior to Bowmark, Enrica worked at CDC Group (now BII), focusing on private equity in Africa and Latin America.
Previously she was a consultant at KPMG, where she worked on financial management assignments in the Consumer and Industrial sectors. Enrica has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Turin.
Vice President, Hamilton Lane
Fredrik is a Vice President based in the firm’s London office. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing and managing primary investments in EMEA across buyout and credit strategies. Fredrik began his career at Hamilton Lane in 2018 as part of its Analyst Development Program.
Fredrik received a B.A. in Economics with a minor in History from Northwestern University.
Senior Vice President, Campbell Lutyens
Jack joined Campbell Lutyens in 2017 as a member of the European fund placement team and focuses on private equity origination, placement and advisory activities. Over this time, Jack has worked on 16 fundraises, which have collectively raised over €25bn of aggregate commitments, primarily for mid-market buyout clients. In addition, Jack spent two years in Campbell Lutyens' New York office advising US private equity managers.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Jacob Rawel is a Managing Director on the Secondary team primarily focused on the origination, evaluation, and execution of non-U.S. secondary opportunities including partnership and GP-led transactions.
Jacob joined Lexington as an associate in 2013 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was an associate in investment banking. He graduated from the University of Oxford (Somerville College) with a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.

James has considerable experience in advising investment firms on the ongoing management, protection, and promotion of their reputations, often during periods of critical change. He is expert at supporting fundraisings, in advising on high-profile or complex M&A including corporate / sovereign debt restructurings, on litigation communications, cybersecurity and issues management.
James has worked in London, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, having also advised both listed and private companies from the financial and professional services, telecoms, energy, and retail industries, navigate key points of strategic change and opportunity.

James is Co-Head of EMEA Private Equity Placement with a focus on advisory and execution of European private equity fundraising. James joined Campbell Lutyens in 2010 and has over 14 years of experience shaping and executing fundraises for Campbell Lutyens' clients in Europe and North America which have collectively raised over $20bn.
Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, he worked in the Energy, Infrastructure & Utilities division at Deloitte. James is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds an MA from the University of Oxford.
Equity Partner, Epiris
Kathryn is an Equity Partner at Epiris, where she leads the firm's investor relations, fundraising, marketing and communications activities. With more than fifteen years of experience in investor relations, business development, and fundraising across asset classes, Kathryn is an active mentor and is enthusiastic about championing others on their journeys in the private markets industry.
Kathryn holds a master's degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, and an undergraduate degree in Music Composition, Piano Performance, East Asian Studies and Chinese from Vanderbilt University. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four young children.
Principal, Atomico
Kristina Raggl is a Principal in the Investor Relations team at London-headquartered venture capital firm Atomico, investing in gamechanging technologies. She is responsible for fundraising and the firm's relationships with its investors globally.
Before joining Atomico, Kristina spent close to four year at Campbell Lutyens where she was advising on third-party fundraising. Kristina is passionate about European tech and DEI and a member of Level20s Emerging Talent Committee.
Head of Investor Relations, CBPE
Laura West is the Head of Investor Relations at CBPE, a leading UK lower mid-market fund. She recently led the firm’s eleventh fundraise, successfully reaching its £700m hard cap within just three months of launching. Laura also co-leads on ESG at CBPE. Before CBPE, Laura worked at Rede Partners, where she managed key investor relationships across Asia and led multiple private equity fundraises for European clients.
She also previously held roles in San Francisco and London with the investment consultant Albourne, covering private equity and private credit managers globally. Laura has a degree in Neuroscience from the University of Bristol.
CFO, ECI Partners
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton in Belfast, Neal has spent all of his post-qualification career in private equity in London. He started without much knowledge of the industry and can’t claim to have had any clever career masterplan at that point but he loves the fact that he has the opportunity to work alongside ambitious people and enjoy the variety that each day inevitably brings.
As CFO, Neal has responsibility for finance, legal, compliance, and IT matters within ECI.
Managing Director , Permira
Rebecca is a Managing Director in the Capital Formation team and heads European investor coverage across the private equity and private credit businesses. Rebecca is an investment lead for our social impact partnership with Magic Breakfast, a charity partner with the Permira Foundation.
Prior to joining Permira in 2010, Rebecca worked for Morgan Stanley for six years, where she was involved in global fundraising and investor relations. Rebecca has degrees in Japanese Studies and Commerce from Murdoch University, Western Australia, and a Master’s in Finance from London Business School, England.
Senior Director, British Business Bank
Rob Greenwood is a Senior Director in the Patient Capital Funds team at British Business Bank, the largest investor in UK venture and venture growth. Rob is responsible for leading new fund investments and managing Patient Capital’s existing portfolio, comprising over 90 funds and £2.5bn+ in commitments.
Rob was previously part of British Business Bank’s Banking team, involved with the design and implementation of a number of debt-related programmes and spent over a decade in corporate and commercial banking with Clydesdale Bank.
